Hey Dave!
I have to say when I eat better I feel a hole lot better. There are days that I am busy and don’t eat something for breakfast and man do I miss it. I start to get tired and not feeling myself. Its amazing how if you pick up a piece of fruit like an apple how you feel so much better after eating it.
I love Chicken and Shrimp of course!

I’ve researched quite a bit on healthy foods and the best foods to consume but I don’t have some of these foods on my list. I’ll have to research these foods.
It’s interesting though because most people don’t think about the benefits and qualities of what they eat, they just eat but if you’re smart and take care with what you eat, you could be optimizing your body.
