I personally love this video of Will Smith. It has a simple but incredible powerful message: “the key to life is running and reading.“ Only two words but with a lot of meaning. Check this out because this video is very motivating and inspirational and it´s totally true.
Will Smith encourages us to apply the “running & reading” philosophy to our everyday life. It’s really interesting to listen closely to what successful people (like Will Smith) have to say about their approach and mentality to reach their goals in life.
There is another inspirational message in the video: “do what you love & love what you do.“ I love this message too, it´s a good motto for life, isn´t it?

Very cool philosophy. I love the running part when you are running the little voice that doesn’t want to go anymore, but if you defeat that little voice you will be able to keep going when things get hard in your life. You have to push yourself sometimes, but you can do it.
Something I heard before is that successful people are people that have a vision of where they want to be. They actually have a mental picture of it and strive to get to their vision and don’t let anything get in there way of there vision. They can see the path to get there and they do it. At times it can be hard to get there, but you need to keep moving forward and you will be successful.

Great great video from Will Smith. Life really is too short to do what you don’t love so “love what you do & do what you love”
After watching this I just went for a run and I felt quite good when I got back. It was only for about 20 minutes but I pushed myself more than usual.
Thanks for sharing another great video David.

Wow! I really enjoyed that. I admire Will Smith so much right now, for standing up there and telling all those kids (seems to be a kids show) in the clearest terms possible that they should go run and read. Just brilliant.

Oh I love this video!
I came across it a few years ago and it completely blew my mind.
For me, watching this, there are 3 keys to life.
1. Running
2. Reading and…
3. Keep it simple
The Running and Reading philosophy is just so simple it so encourage everyone to keep their life simple. When things are simple and straight forward, they become easy.
